Summer Christmas Projects | Home for Christmas Sentiments

The clear stamp set named Home for Christmas Sentiments from the Spellbinders collection named Be Merry, is the star of this card project. The set comes with terrific Christmas sentiments that could be used inside or out. Plus it includes little foliage imagery… that’s what I used to create the background for this card.

The white card stock was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black pigment ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder for a little shine. I did the same thing with the sentiment on the circles cut from the Standard Circles die set, on my Spellbinders Platinum 6 machine from silver metallic card stock.

The final touch is some pretty red satin ribbon and a few silver pearls. I think it’s super cute and very Christmasy even in black and white. 😁

I hope you enjoyed my little Spellbinders inspired Christmas in the Summer Series of projects. I may have a couple more up my sleeve… stay tuned. Have a wonderful day and thanks for hanging out with me! 😘

Also, if you visit a store and what you want is out of stock, be sure and ask to be notified by email when the item is back in stock. It’s usually quite quick and always worth the wait. πŸ˜‰

Remember, if mailing a card with layers and embellishments in the United States, be sure and buy “non-machinable” postage so your cards don’t get smooshed in the USPS postal machines.
