Summer Christmas Projects – Card #1 | Bottle Brush Trees

This is the first of my Summer Christmas Projects! I’ve been playing with some of Spellbinders super cute holiday themed products. The die set I used for this card is called Bottle Brush Trees and is from the Tis the Season Collection.

I had so much fun going through all of my holiday themed paper to create this cute card. I used scraps of colored and gold metallic card stock with with my Spellbinders Platinum 6. Along with the Bottle Brush Tree set I used some fun circle dies like the Essential Circles die set and the Fancy Edged Circles set, (this particular set is no longer available but any pretty edged circles will work ☺️).

I glued it all together with my favorite liquid glue, Bearly Art Precision craft glue and popped up two of the trees and the sentiment with foam squares. It was so sparkly with the gold card stock that I didn’t think that it needed any other bling. That’s it, that’s the card!

Have a wonderful day and thanks for hanging out with me! 😘

Note: This post may contain affiliate links so that, at no additional cost to you, I may earn a small commission. This helps me buy more products so I can do more tutorials! I only recommend products I use myself and enjoy. Thank you for shopping with these vendors when you can. 😘

Also, if you visit a store and what you want is out of stock, be sure and ask to be notified by email when the item is back in stock. It’s usually quite quick and always worth the wait. πŸ˜‰

Remember, if mailing a card with layers and embellishments in the United States, be sure and buy “non-machinable” postage so your cards don’t get smooshed in the USPS postal machines.
